Pool and spa professionals considering new point-of-sale (POS) software for their businesses are often unsure whether the company’s information should be maintained on an in-house server or in the cloud. Before deciding, you should ask yourself a few questions.

Now that children are back in school, pools are closing, and the lines of customers are getting shorter, it’s time for pool and spa professionals to review their pool warranty claims with their manufacturer suppliers. Although warranty claim processing may be tedious, once completed, these parts and labor claims can add up to significant revenue in months when cash flow has begun to slow down.
