Our process begins with an RB technician, who will guide you and your IT staff in setting up the hardware systems required by your business. We even do a pre-existing hardware check through the internet, to be sure your hardware meets the required standards. Our preference is to work with your pre-existing hardware to save you money. We strive to deliver the very best quality at a price you can afford, and are always flexible to accommodate your hardware needs.
For an easy and timely installation, an RB installation expert will perform a hardware systems analysis remotely. We’ll walk you through any updates that you may need in preparation for your installation. Then, your RB expert will perform your software installation over the Internet for you, rather than you having to do it yourself.
Once the hardware has been enabled, your RB technician will instruct you on how to prep your network for your new system. For the utmost support, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive checklist that includes best practices for ensuring the most efficient and effective network setup – created from years of experience in working with other pool and spa businesses.
Through program installation procedure
Once scheduled, your internet installation can be completed within 24-48 hours. Your RB technician will contact you to test your new software once installed and will check that your cash register equipment is operating immediately. If you have customer and inventory lists in Excel, we will help guide you through importing these files into your software. Remember, we have done this hundreds of times and are familiar with the way that pool and spa businesses manage information. Inventory, customer, and history data conversion
RB Pool and Spa Software includes an Inventory Adjustment module that makes it easy to import inventory lists from a pre-existing software system, or from your local distribution company’s Excel spreadsheet. If you prefer, you can also purchase a data transfer service, where an RB technician can cleanse and format your inventory and customer lists and import them for you.
