Rick Brunori

President

Rick, a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a B.S. in Computer Science, is the president of RB Retail & Service Solutions. He is the cofounder of the company and is responsible for the software development for RB Retail & Service Solutions Point of Sale and Business Management software.

In business for more than 25 years, Rick has worked as a private consultant. He has developed many software programs including tournament scoring and membership software for the Professional Bowlers Association, an environmental science tracking program, and an integrated jukebox/cash register system made for his two bar and restaurant establishments that has been implemented at many other businesses.

Rick is dedicated to the ongoing and future development of the RB Retail & Service Solutions program and works with our Programmers and Tech Support teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Rachael Pritz

Vice President

With a Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003, Rachael joined RB Retail & Service Solutions with years of experience in the pool and spa retail industry. Her experience includes using the RB Retail & Service Solutions Business Management software in the day-to-day operations of Valley Pool and Spa Sales. Rachael is well educated in the pool industry, with proficient knowledge about chemical, equipment, and maintenance products. She has a vast understanding of pool and spa business practices and procedures, and can assist our customers in the application of RB Retail & Service Solutions software to exceed their business goals.

Training Specialist

Graduating from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Education, Alex is excited to be a part of the team at RB, and looks forward to training with customers remotely and in person. Alex has a strong background in teaching and instruction and believes he will be able to provide a positive experience with every RB software training session.

Troy studied Information Science and Technology at Penn State University. He joined the RB team in July of 2019 and is committed to learning all aspects of our customer’s business and providing excellent customer service. He is looking forward to serving customers to the best of his abilities.

Technical Support Manager

Logan has joined RB Retail & Service Solutions and has completed his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He brings with him a wide variety of experience with a plethora of operating systems and languages. Logan also has an immense amount of hardware knowledge from his own personal experiences from building servers, workstations and even personalized liquid cooling solutions. Logan is excited to put his skills and knowledge to use at RB Retail & Service Solutions.

Account Manager

Christian joined RB Retail and Service Solutions in July of 2021 as an Account Manager with the sales team. Over the last 15 years Christina has held roles in the banking/finance industry in compliance as well as sales/management in the retail space. He studied Psychology/Business Management at CCAC and currently resides in the Pittsburgh area. When he’s not assisting clients in streamlining operations processes, you can find him on the golf course, at a bowling alley, or fishing at his favorite lake!

Kairel is a graduate from Robert Morris University and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering with a concentration in Software. Kairel has a passion for technology and a variety of educational experience with many different types of software. In his time at school, Kairel worked with fixing IoT platforms, mobile applications, and some database software. He looks forward to learning and providing the best customer service to RB dealers.

Steven has over 10 years of education and training experience and is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Communications and a Master’s degree from The University of Phoenix, Tempe Arizona in Education. Steven is a devoted father of two and has been in the volunteer fire service for 35 years. Scott is a 2004 graduate of St. Vincent College with a B.S. in Computing & Information Science. Joining the RB Retail & Service Solutions team in April 2007, Scott has extensive experience with databases and spent time working with a large, well-known television manufacturer and their staffing agency. Scott works closely with the team of Support Technicians to ensure our customers are getting the highest level of support possible. He has also played a key role in developing some major aspects of the POS software including a variety of reports and the Return Goods module, while working hard to keep the software working in a consistent and efficient manner.

Joe joined RB’s team in April of 2018 and has caught on quickly due to his previous experience working in the pool and spa industry. He studied Management of Information Systems at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Information Assurance and Security at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. With more than 10 years experience working in the IT and customer service industry, he developed a strong understanding of troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. Joe is an A+ certified technician currently pursuing further educational opportunities to broaden his knowledge and skill set to better serve customer needs.

Mike has a degree from Bradford School in Network Administration and has previous experience in customer service and technology. Mike is determined to perform to the best of his abilities to provide the best customer service he can provide.

Jason has been working in operations, customer service, and sales industries as both a user and vendor liaison for the past 20 years and is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a BS in Business. Jason’s drive is to continue to grow RB by assisting current and future customers with operational solutions to streamline and automate their operations. Jason is a competitive bowler, as well as a recreational golfer.
