What prompted you to invest in RB’s point of sale software? What were your goals in adopting this software?
At the time, we had 3 locations and only used QuickBooks, each location with their own book. What we were looking for, and ultimately found with RB’s software, was a way to more easily handle all of our books. With RB, our accounting information could be automatically downloaded to QuickBooks from all 3 stores, instead of us having to do it manually. We also wanted to invest in the RB software to help with inventory management/tracking and scheduling service.
What was your initial experience like with RB when you first launched the software?
We first started working with RB almost 15 years ago in 2007. We have had a very positive experience from the start. The support team is very helpful; whenever we have an issue we just pick up the phone and call and it’s taken care of. Using RB very quickly lightened our workload.
How has RB benefitted your business?
RB’s software has helped track customers by their purchases and visits, so who has been in the store and who has not, as well as a customer’s overall purchase history. The service aspect assists with scheduling and creating service tickets. It has helped us become more profitable because we can track inventory, etc. Plus it has enabled employees to make quotes for customers.
Have you tried other point of sale softwares in the past? What makes RB’s software unique?
No, we have only used RB – it has everything we need.
What method were you using prior to RB to manage your business?
Prior to RB, we only used QuickBooks for accounting and that was it. Outside of accounting, we were doing everything manually so RB has helped make us more efficient.
