What prompted you to invest in RB’s point of sale software? What were your goals in adopting this software?
We had struggled to find a program that would handle point of sale and service. RB was the perfect solution, adding tools we didn’t even know we were looking for like sales leads and follow-ups.
What was your initial experience like with RB when you first launched the software?
The initial set up was time-consuming, but we jumped right in, creating handouts for our services and getting customer profile information into the program – not just inventory and employees. We’ve used revolving service for years and couldn’t survive without it.

We originally tried Quickbooks POS, but it only handled the retail side of the business, and none of the service items.
